According to the Turkish Defense Ministry, Barbados-flagged cargo ship Fulmar S is heading to Chornomorsk where it will be loaded with grain.
Spoke with my Peruvian counterpart @CesarLanda0, informed him on the unblocking of Ukrainian ports and assured that Ukraine is determined to continue exporting its goods. Russia bears sole responsibility for the functioning of grain corridors. We also focused on bilateral issues.
