Ukraine’s energy infrastructure has withstood over 130 Russian missile and drone attacks over the past week, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said on Oct. 16.
Kyiv and the entire central region avoided a power outage thanks to the fact that Ukrainians deliberately limited the use of electricity in the evening, in some places up to 20%.
