Volodymyr Zelenskiy has derided the Moscow-run referendums in occupied regions of Ukraine as a ‘farce’. The Ukrainian president said in his nightly video address: ‘We knew in advance what would be drawn instead of the result. The agreed figures for this farce were thrown to the media.’
